End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User” or “you”) and StudySavyMD, owned by Tabea Stöck (“Licensor,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital products from our website studysavymd.org (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use our products.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products (“Products”) you purchase from the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • a. Sell, transmit, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Products.

  • b. Copy, modify, or use the Products for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use, except as explicitly permitted in this Agreement.

  • c. Distribute or share the Products with third parties, including but not limited to uploading to any file-sharing or cloud storage service.

  • d. Use the Products in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Modifications

You are permitted to modify the Products for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any modifications you make to the Products remain subject to the terms of this Agreement.

4. Ownership

The Products and any associated intellectual property rights are owned by Licensor or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Products.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy any copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor does not warrant that the Products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Products, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to This Agreement

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
